Usage Instructions
Szechuan Prawns Recipe: 5 min prep, 5 min cook, 4 servings. Ingredients: 1 tbsp Yep's Hot Bean Sauce, 1 tbsp Yeo's Light Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, 450G tiger prawns (peeled), 1 tbsp egg white (beaten), 1 tbsp corn flour paste, 3 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp garlic (chopped), 1/2 tsp ginger (chopped), 1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry, spring onoin (finely chopped to garnish). Coat prawns with egg white and corn flour paste. Heat oil and stir-fry prawns with garlice and ginger for 1 minute. Add Yeo's Hot Bean Sauce, Yeo's Light Soy Sauce, wine and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add a little water if neccessary. Add Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil and mix well. Garnish and serve. Stir well before opening.
