Usage Instructions
Wash then put all ingredients with 3/4 lb (300g) of pork or chicken and 8-10 bowls (2 to 2.5 litre) of water in a stock pot. Bring contents to a boil. Reduct heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Season with salt to taste.
