Usage Instructions
1) Steamed fish with leaf-mustard cabbage. Method: Cut, clean and dry the fish 300G. Place it in a platter for later use. Clean and cut the leaf-mustard cabbage hearts 100g. Mix with a fre oil, sugar and corn flour. Place ginger and the leaf-mustard cabbage hearts 100g. Mix with a few oil, sugar and corn flour. Place ginger and the leaf-mustard cabbage hearts on the fish. Put in a steamer over boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. 2) Steamed pork, chicken or beef with leaf-mustard cabbage. Method: Clean the leaf-mustard cabbage 100G and cut into small pieces. Stir with a few oil and sugar. Place the marinated meat 160G with leaf-mustard cabbagehearts on a platter. Put into s steamer to cook for 15 minutes over high heat. Serve hot. 3) Scrambled egg with leaf-mustard cabbage. Method: Wash, dry and cut the leaf-mustard cabbage very finely. Add a few oil, sugar and mashed garlic, stir well. Heat the wok till very hot, pour in the leaf-mustard cabbage hearts. When the leaf-mustard cabbage hearts is almost cooked, pour in the scrabled eggs to fry until aromatic. Remove and serve hot.

Storage Instructions
Once opened, tie it back or keep it in a tightly closed container.
