Recipe: Sweet Plum and Water Chestnuts Dipping Sauce

Make up exotic dips using Wing Yip Sauces. As most of the sauces are concentrate, a little goes a long way.


Ingredients

2 tbso Wing Yip Plum Sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp water chestnuts (chopped)

Cooking Method

Serve with duck, chicken, spring rolls or prawn crackers.

Simply mix all ingredients together and serve.
