Recipe: Strawberry, Banana and Chilli Smoothie


600g fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 fresh red chilli, deseeded

Cooking Method

Serves 2

1. Remove the green tops of the strawberries. Place all ingredients into a food blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth. Add 100ml cold water and blend again until smooth.
2. Serve cold.
