Recipe: Soy Sauce, Chilli and Ginger Dipping Sauce

Make up exotic dips using Wing Yip Sauces. As most of the sauces are concentrate, a little goes a long way.


2 tbsp Wing Yip Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Wing Yip Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 inch fresh root ginger (very finely shredded)
2 spring onions (very finely shredded)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp Wing Yip Sesame Oil

Cooking Method

Serve with duck, scallops, prawns, wontons or prawn toasts.

Simply mix all ingredients together and serve.
