Recipe: Dollee Malaysian Curry Laksa

Be absolutely creative with the recipe!

  1. Try a variety of noodles or even pasta.
  2. Top noodles with different roast meats, blanched seafood and vegetables. 
  3. Garnish with mint leaves, parsley or fried shallots for different elements of flavours.
  4. Squeeze in half a lime into each bowl for a delicious tanginess. 

Spice Level: for a milder curry, simply add slightly more coconut milk than required by the recipe. 


Ingredients

1 packet Dollee Curry Laksa Paste

Tofu Puff and Fish Balls

1400 ml Water

200 ml Coconut Milk

Noodles

Ingredients of your choice: taugeh / long beans / prawns / shredded chicken / lime / mint leaves

Cooking Method

Serves 4-5

1. Add Dollee Curry Laksa Paste to boiling water. Add in Fish Balls and Tofu Puff.

2. Add Coconut Milk and bring to a quick boil.

3. Pour into bowls of noodles. Garnish with ingredients of your choice.
