Recipe: Dollee Malaysian Chicken Curry

Everyone’s favourite Chicken Curry is so easy to enjoy at home with DOLLEE’s Chicken Curry Paste. Just add chicken, potatoes and coconut milk to savour this Pan Asian favourite.


1 packet Dollee Chicken Curry Paste

1.5 kg Chicken Pieces

2 Potatoes

400 – 500 ml Water

200 ml Coconut Milk / Fresh Milk / Yogurt

Cooking Method

Serves 6-8

1. Stir fry Dollee Chicken Curry Paste with Chicken and Potatoes for 10 minutes.

2. Add 400ml water and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes soften and meat is tender. Stir occasionally.

3. Add 200ml of Coconut Milk. Mix well and bring to a quick boil.

4. Serve hot with rice or bread.
