The 'Mai Siam' or 'Siamese Silk' range of sauces and pastes comes to you directly from Thailand. Thai Red Curry has evolved after the introduction of Chillies to the Central region of Thailand in the late 16th Century. It is one of Thailand's most popular dishes and is milder than Thai Green curry. This paste is delightfully aromatic and is flavoured with spices including pungent kaffir lime.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 1 month.
