Open the packet and place its content into a white-cloth bag, then add in 28g of table salt, 84g of sugar, 56g of soya bean sauce, 56g of Chinese wine and 700g of water. Heat gently for 2 hours. The sauce is now ready. To place the meat, which has been boiled for 30 minutes, into the sauce for 15 minutes before serving.
