Our range of sauces were initially created to meet a demand from chefs in Chinese restaurants and take-aways for an authentic and easy to use product.

The key to our success is the flavour profile, which allows chefs in any catering environment, and even those at home, to produce Chinese and Oriental dishes of the highest standard.

Specially created by Wing Yip, the range now consists of over 30 sauces from Spicy Szechuan to Kung Po to Blackbean. These have been developed and refined over many years to produce an authentic taste that we have come to expect from fine Chinese food.
