Mai Siam

The Mai Siam range is available exclusively through Wing Yip and has been developed directly from its humble routes in Thai family kitchens over many generations since the introduction of coconut milk and chilli in the 13th and 16th centuries.

With over 20 products, the range is designed to offer a quick and convenient cooking experience to produce high quality Thai dishes and includes Red and Green Thai Curry Pastes, Massaman Curry Paste, Thai Tom Yum Paste in 220g size jars, Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, Thai Fish Sauce, Pad Thai Sauce, Thai Sriracha Sauce (all 200ml), Coconut Milk (400ml) and Thai Rice noodles.

The Mai Siam range is also the only Thai sauce range available on the market which does not include fish paste and is therefore suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
